Divorce and family lawyer Claudette is based near Coventry and South Leicestershire and has worked in Warwickshire as a divorce and family lawyer for the past 10 years.

Whilst studying law in Warwickshire Claudette worked at the local Crown and County Court gaining valuable experience and insight into our legal justice system. She qualified in 1998 and has practiced solely in family law since then.

Claudette advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and financial settlements, contact and residence proceedings (for both parents and grandparents), emergency applications in domestic violence cases, living together agreements/cohabitation agreements and separation agreements.

Claudette is an experienced Lawyer and accomplished advocate who enjoys advising and representing her clients. She is approachable and flexible and happy to accommodate out of hours appointments if this assists her clients. Claudette has represented clients within the police force, fire service and armed forces as well as local business people.

Claudette appreciates and understands how emotional and traumatic a breakdown in a relationship or marriage can be and encourages a constructive and conciliatory approach.

In her spare time Claudette loves the “great outdoors” and her passion is her love of horses. Claudette regularly competes with her own horse enjoying the disciplines of dressage and show jumping.
