Cheltenham family solicitor Hannah studied Law at Jesus College, Oxford, and then went on to train with one of the “magic circle” of family law firms in Central London.

On qualification in Hannah joined a large Surrey firm, whose busy and highly regarded Family department has consistently been rated by the Legal 500 for the past 3 years as the top in the Surrey, Sussex and Kent region.

Hannah has acted for a wide range of clients in divorce, children, financial and domestic violence proceedings. Hannah has also acted for cohabitees, and has given a seminar on the changes proposed by the Law Commission to the law affecting unmarried couples.

Hannah has experience of issues relating to forum and jurisdiction, and has acted for many international clients. Hannah has also worked on some high net worth cases, which have involved complex offshore trusts.

Hannah has also advised on child abduction and leave to remove cases.

Outside the world of work and the legal profession, Hannah is happily married to Colin and lives in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. She enjoys singing, writing and playing music (on piano, guitar, saxophone and just about anything else she can lay her hands on that makes a noise!). She also enjoys long walks in the beautiful Cotswold countryside and on the Malvern Hills, finished off with a decent pint of bitter in the pub afterwards.
