Judith is a divorce solicitor based in Wells, Somerset. She has over twenty years experience in all aspects of family law and has worked around the UK, most recently in Cornwall.

She was the head of the family department at her previous firm where she dealt with divorce, children matters, financial issues, co-habitation disputes and domestic violence.

She has a particular interest and expertise in financial issues arising from family breakdown and is a Resolution Accredited specialist both in this area and in private children law matters. She also has a good reputation for acting for grandparents in disputes relating to contact with their grandchildren.

Judith adheres very strongly to the principles laid down by the family law organisation, Resolution, which promotes minimising conflict in family disputes and encouraging solutions that meet the needs of the whole family. She takes a flexible approach and is happy to arrange out of office hours appointments to suit her clients’ needs.
