Family solicitor Kelly is based in East Leake on the Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire border and has specialised in divorce, relationship breakdown, financial and children matters since 2004.

Dealing mainly with divorce and its often associated financial and children’s matters, Kelly has also handled some more complex aspects of children’s work including applications relating to the removal of a child from the jurisdiction and acting for parents in Public Law proceedings.

Kelly has also advised couples on pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements and has assisted clients in the past with their property disputes with their ex-cohabitee. She has a sound knowledge, gained from these experiences, to assist clients with whatever difficulties they are facing.
