Kelly is based in East Leake on the Nottinghamshire / Leicestershire border and has over 7 years experience in a wide spectrum of family matters.

She started her career with a well known Northamptonshire firm dealing with clients from all walks of life. As a partner she led team of family lawyers and became well known in the area for her divorce and family law work.

Dealing mainly with divorce and its often associated financial and children’s matters, Kelly has also dealt with some more complex aspects of children’s work including applications relating to the removal of a child from the jurisdiction and acting for Parents in Public Law proceedings.

Kelly has also advised couples on Pre-Nuptial and Co-habitation agreements and has assisted clients in the past with their property disputes with their ex-cohabitee. She has a sound knowledge, gained from these experiences, to assist clients with whatever difficulties they are facing.

As a member of Resolution Kelly is committed to a non-confrontational approach to divorce, separation and other family law matters.

Kelly’s spare time is usually taken up by her two young sons, who keep her on her toes.
