Our Shropshire based family lawyer Liz Davies specialises in divorce, relationship breakdown, financial issues and cases involving children. She has also been to the Royal Courts of Justice in London on a number of occasions regarding complex children issues.

Liz is based near Ludlow in Shropshire and serves clients in the local area as well as nationally and internationally.

Liz is a member of Resolution which believes in negotiation to try and resolve matters in a non adversarial way. She is also a member of the Family Law Accreditation Scheme run by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Having spent the early part of her career in the Black Country Liz joined a Worcestershire based firm of solicitors where she began specialising in family law as early as 1989. She remained there for over twenty years and progressed to become an Associate of the firm before joining Woolley & Co in August 2010.

Liz is approachable and friendly. She has a good rapport with clients which often leads to further referrals of family work. She provides clear, comprehensive advice and has been described as “straight to the point” with her Black Country manner. Liz prides herself on always being accessible to clients to help with any worries they may have.

In her spare time Liz loves to watch rugby both local and international matches. She is a season ticket holder for Worcester Warriors. She has two boys who keep her busy. She is a member of the PTA committee and also a parent governor. She is also a keen reader loving most genres. She has also started to learn to play the guitar although admits her 12 year old is much better.
