Based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire family lawyer Tania has extensive experience in advising and dealing with Family Law problems, handling issues in a sympathetic and honest manner.

Tania has dealt with matters arising from separation and divorce in relation to children including disputes about with which parent the children are to live and how much time they will spend with the absent parent. More recently she has gained experience in a new type of family law order known as a special guardianship order undertaking several cases with both complex and sensitive issues for the families involved.

She has also gained experience in dealing with issues that can sometimes arise at the beginning of a relationship and advised couples on and prepared both co-habitation and prenuptial agreements.

She is confident of helping you find practical solutions to the issues you face whilst delivering an efficient service in dealing with the many different aspects of this area including divorce, separation and the problems that you may find arising from this such as financial matters.
