Court Fees

Court fees £340.00

The divorce Court will require you to pay standard government fees. These are currently £300 payable when the petition is filed and £40 to apply for the Decree Absolute at the end of the case.

If you have booked and paid for a fixed fee divorce on this website all Court fees are included.

Your lawyer may request you to pay court fees inorder that they can proceed with your case.  You can pay securely here.
