The amount you will need to pay will depend on the work you ask us to do for you. Sometimes there will be fees to pay to the Courts or for example to obtain copy documents.

To help you budget fixed fees are available for a number of services on offer. These fixed fees are detailed below.

In all other instances you will be provided with a quote for the work to be completed. This is based on the relevant hourly rate (from £195 plus VAT per hour).

Fixed Fees

By selecting a fixed fee you are guaranteeing that you will pay no more. Fixed fees are payable before your lawyer starts work on your case. 

• Divorce (if you are divorcing someone) - £725.00 plus VAT and court fees
• Divorce (if someone is divorcing you)  - £500.00 plus VAT
• Expat/Non UK Divorce (if you are divorcing someone)  - £1,410 plus court fees (if you live outside the EU)
• Expat/Non UK Divorce (if someone is divorcing you) - £750 (if you live outside the EU) 
• Living together agreement - £930.00 plus VAT
• Parental responsibility agreement - £420.00 plus VAT
• Prenuptial agreement - £930.00 plus VAT
• Separation agreement - £760.00 plus VAT
• Annulment - £1,410 plus VAT and court fees
• Court Fees - £340 for filing the petition, £45 for decree absolute
