"Brian I am so sorry to see the upset in your life at the moment. The only thing I can promise you at this moment is that it WILL get better. I would be surprised if your case would end up as you set out based upon the background you've given. Certainly the law intends to treat men and women equally but some think it often fails. I hope you can get some quality advice and support from a specialist divorce and family lawyer. In fairness to our page, I suspect you've rated it lowly as you don't agree with the law rather than think the page is poor? "Interesting, how many men get screwed in so many ways an the entire country is OK with it and say oh well that's just how it is. These women can lie take you to the cleaners, keep your kids from you its all sick. And God forbid a man like me that has no college education, raised my son from day one,pretty much all by myself, she works, I am laid off had bad luck with jobs, but never left my sons side, buy him everything he needs, homeschool him, do all the household chores, pay half the bills with my Unemployment comp,never ever spanked my son, and she'll still get everything including my son she's always been too busy to be bothered by, and just because she has a job will get him too. I get hit.threatened, controlled and all I hear is be a man get a job. You'll get visitation. Its a sick sexist biased world we live in that makes me sick"
